..Go Ice Skating!

For the last 12 years, the rink has drawn more than 100,000 skaters annually and is free and open to the public. The rink, located on Michigan Avenue between Washington and Madison Streets, will still offer skate rental for only $10.  Hours after the break...
 


FREE Ice Skating Lessons
On Fridays-Sundays, one hour before the rink opens, free ice skating lessons will be offered.
Lessons begin at 11am Friday-Sunday, and are offered in two 30 minute lessons for beginners. Maximum capacity is 30 per class. (Please note: No one may join the ice 10 minutes after lessons have begun.)
Each Thursday will feature ice sports skills and drills for Noodle Hockey, curling and speed.

Regular Hours for the season are as follows: 
  • Monday-Thursday, 12 Noon—8 pm
  • Friday, 12 Noon—10 pm
  • Saturday (Through Jan. 4), 10 am—10 pm
  • Saturday (Beginning Jan. 11), 10 am — 9 pm
  • Sunday, 10 am—9 pm

Special Holiday Hours:
  • Thanksgiving Thursday, Nov. 28, 10 am—4 pm
  • Friday, Nov. 29, 10 am—10 pm
  • Christmas Eve Tuesday, Dec. 24, 10 am—6 pm
  • Christmas Day Wednesday, Dec. 25, 10 am—4 pm
  • Thursday, Dec. 26 through Monday, Dec. 30, 10 am—10 pm
  • New Year’s Eve Tuesday, Dec. 31, 10 am—8 pm
  • New Year’s Day Wednesday, Jan. 1, 10 am—10 pm
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Monday, Jan. 20, 10 am—10 pm
  • Lincoln’s Birthday, Feb. 12, 10 am—10 pm
